Professional Background

Scott Fink is an experienced litigator with a record of successful outcomes.  Fink Law, located in the heart of Boston’s Financial District, focuses on a wide range of business and individual disputes.

Scott has broad experience in diverse litigation matters and has trained with some of Boston’s most accomplished attorneys.  He has litigated complex cases in a variety of forums and has represented clients in a broad array of matters.  Scott handles disputes between investors and their financial advisors in the FINRA arbitration process, which often involve allegations of fraud, unsuitability, churning, and misrepresentation. Scott routinely litigates business matters involving, among other things, claims of breach of contract, fiduciary duty, misrepresentation, and negligence.  Scott also advises and represents clients in all aspects of employment law, including termination issues, discrimination claims, disputes concerning non-compete agreements as well as wage and hour matters.

Scott has appeared on the Money Matters Radio Network to discuss employment law issues and has served as an MCLE faculty member.  Scott was selected by the Boston Bar Association to be a Public Interest Leadership Fellow, which brings together up and coming Boston attorneys who have demonstrated a commitment to pro bono and public service activities.

Scott was selected as a Massachusetts Rising Star in 2011, 2012 and 2013 by New England Super Lawyers.

After graduating from law school, he had the distinction of serving as a judicial clerk for the Honorable A. Richard Caputo in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Scott received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and his bachelor’s degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Scott is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, California, and Minnesota. He lives in the Boston area with his wife, who is also a litigator.
