Professional Background
Scott Fink is a litigator with a record of successful outcomes. Fink Law, located in the heart of Boston’s Financial District, focuses on a wide range of business and individual disputes, including employment matters.
Mr. Fink has broad experience in diverse litigation matters and has trained with some of Boston’s most accomplished attorneys. He has litigated complex cases in a variety of state and federal courts and handled a number of arbitrations. During his career, he has represented clients in a broad array of litigation involving FINRA, breaches of contract, real estate matters, insurance coverage disputes, and employment issues. Mr. Fink’s is prepared to handle and resolve complex litigation and employment matters whenever they arise.
Mr. Fink’s has appeared on the Money Matters Radio Network to discuss employment law issues and has served as an MCLE faculty member. Mr. Fink was selected by the Boston Bar Association to be a Public Interest Leadership Fellow, which brings together up and coming Boston attorneys who have demonstrated a commitment to pro bono and public service activities.
Mr. Fink was selected as a Massachusetts Rising Star in 2011 by New England Super Lawyers.
After graduating from law school, he had the distinction of serving as a judicial clerk for the Honorable A. Richard Caputo in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Fink received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and his bachelor’s degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, College Park.
Mr. Fink is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, California, and Minnesota. He lives in the Boston area with his wife, who is also a litigator.
